Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety is a normal reaction that we all experiences some time in our life. Anxiety is a protection mechanism – part of our ‘fight or flight’ response. This helps us to be ready for potentially life threatening situations such as facing a predator in the wild. This is an ancient reaction to danger but we don’t live in the wilderness any more and have to defend ourselves from big cats, wolves or bears but the reaction is still present.
We are designed to think of potential dangers, (natural anxieties), when we leave the safety of our homes but as they don’t exist in the way they used to some people worry about other, non-dangerous, things and that is when the problems start to occur.
Hence, anxieties can prevent so people from living their life to the full. They can experience intense emotions like fear or apprehension and worry in situations that most people ignore as they are no real threat. If their anxiety begins to intrude into and control their lives, it becomes a major problem. This is an anxiety disorder.

This list of common anxieties is far from exhaustive – there are many more.
The Flourish Programme is to be used instead of or alongside the standard conventional treatments for anxiety disorder support. I will never suggest stopping any form of treatment.
Flourish Hypnotherapy Treatment Sessions

Flourish Hypnotherapy is Phase 1 of the Flourish Programme. It can get people where they need to be in just 2-3 sessions.
The Flourish Programme is in 2 phases – Phase 1: Working on the immediate problems using Flourish Hypnotherapy.
Phase 2: Life Builder© to provide ongoing support until recovery is complete. (Optional – not all people need this).
What happens in a session
The Flourish Programme is an amazingly effective and empowering way to significantly improve your situation.

- You will be able to completely change the way you think and feel about yourself, enabling you to live a happier and positive life.
- You will be able to remember the anxiety occurred but not have all that negative clutter associated with it.
Most people can work through their problems in 3 hours of Flourish Hypnotherapy, some people may need a session or so of Life Builder afterwards.
Please note. I do not regress people to remember abuse and trauma events, unless someone specifically asks for it. I will use a very radid form of hypnotic regression based on Flourish principles. It does not take several weeks it is normal to complete it in 3-4 sessions over 2 weeks.
