Fees and Booking Policy
I feel that the term fees is always a poor way of explaining this page. I tend to see this more as your Investment in Your Future Happiness, Health and Wellbeing.
Being happy and problem free is priceless.
Payment Policy
I accept card through PayPal or PayPal transfer. I no longer take card payments in person.
At the end of the page is a PayPay payment gateway for you to purchace sessions.
There is no charge for the initial consultation as I request it. The appointment for the first therapy session, (should you decide to continue), will be made at the end of the assessment session. I will ask you to pay before your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged. Monies paid will be carried forward.
- Those cancelled on the day and rebooked will be subject to a 50% charge of the full price of the session.
- If you do not cancel or attend your appointment you will be liable to pay the full fee for that session all money paid will be forfeited.

I quite understand that you may wish to come in and find out more about the Flourish Programme before booking an appointment. There should be enough information on the site in text and videos to answer most of your concerns.

When booking a free consultation you can email using the contact form or call on 01322 401388 or 07555456739. Please be aware that the phone is only manned during office hours. If I am with a client or it is out of hours a voicemail service is available.
As much as possible I will try to give you a time that is suitable, however; it is often necessary to give you an appointment that may not be at your preferred time. If you fail to turn up for your appointment any further appraisal appointments will be charged at £50, payable in advance and with no refund.
If you ask for an initial consultation appointment weeks away you will not get one. If you want an appointment in 6 weeks time – you are not ready to change. Contact me when you are actually ready – do it NOW.
Payment Gateway
The payment gateway does work but a glitch is spreading it down the page. The payment button is quite far down the page. I hope to have this recitified very shortly. I apologise for this situation.
